Haaaaaaai! Welcome to my very first mini entry on this silly little diary. I'm writing this as I'm still coding this website. To be honest I'm never happy with anything I make so it will be a miracle if I ever really 'open' this site. But I really hope that I will! It's been really fun seeing a place like this where people can express themselves on the web again and I *REALLY* regret not finding this place sooner.

To introduce myself - my name is Momo! I'm the girl behind this website. I'm a historian, j-fashion girlie and otome game addict. When I'm not working ungodly hours I like to play tonnes of JRPGS - my favorite is the persona series! I spend all my money on collectibles, clothes (I have space issues) and supporting my family. I most identify with dark girly and jirai fashion and as you might be able to guess I used to be a huge emo.

Most of the coding here has been done on my computer at work so I'm a LOT slower than I want to be on here. Not to mention I haven't coded since I was a teen so I'm relying hardcore on tutorials and templates. I used to be so much cooler!!! T-T

To be honest it's fun procrastinating work and doing something I enjoy for once xD It's eating away at my brain all the time that I just wanna sit at my computer and code instead of dealing with customers but hey, such is life :p

My grandad is in hospital again which is hard to cope with. I just had to cancel plans with my nan so I could take care of my family since the others are at hospital. It's all a bit hard at the minute. Trying to cheer up and not let it make me feel too unwell.

Life has been pretty stressful at the moment with my grandad being quite ill but hey, I'm hanging in there. My anxiety is pretty crippling because of everything so I've had a hard time with focusing on stuff. I'm really thankful to have so many sweet friends though that support me so much, I don't think I would be here without them. One of the girls at work brought me in one of my favorite drinks today to cheer me up! Literally the sweetest thing ever.

Other than that life stuff, I've been reading a bunch. I've been really enjoying reading dark magical girl manga that I've not read before - I'm a huge fan of madoka so the themes speak to me lol. Also I'm not going to lie - fan translations are so annoying I'm not a fan of the gross comments they add to each page. The manga is already dated it doesn't need to be made *even worse*. Work is super quiet right now so I've been making the most of the dead time and just reading on shift don't tell my boss >:) !

I'm also playing danganronpa 2 at the minute. It's honestly crazy to me that I've not played the series before? Somehow I missed the 2020 hype which is a miracle. But I really like it! I literally love Celeste (seeing her wear real Vivienne Westwood made me super happy), Byakuya, Fuyuhiko and Chiaki. It's a bit sad that I only recognised Chiaki from the Listen Flavor Danganronpa collaboration.

Today I'm watching princess protection programme and it's actually a vibe 😭 I love early 2010s movies they're so comforting. The cheesy music and acting is a hug to my soul.
